- Please be respectful of your own and others’ time by arriving a few minutes early to your class so that everyone is ready to start at the scheduled time
- Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the studio and you will forfeit your class and incur a 'no-show' fee of $20
- Our group classes are 45 minutes long
- We love a good selfie at Supple, but only before or after the scheduled time of your class. Please put your phone away during class.

If recovering from injury, are pregnant or early postpartum, please ensure you have clearance from a physiotherapist to attend reformer pilates classes before attending. We may ask you to provide us physical evidence of this clearance, so please come with it.
- Sanitise your hands before and after class. Should you prefer to wash them instead, we provide hand soap and cream in our bathroom.
- Please do not attend our studio with a communicable disease or any other illness where you may not be able to safely exercise on the reformer. It is our responsibility to keep our community safe and well and ask that anyone who is unwell stay home and rest until fully recovered.
- We will not accept any person under the age of 16, unless pre-arranged or during private sessions
