Nutritional medicine is an evidence-based, holistic form of complementary medicine that focuses on person-centred care; enhancing the health of an individual through the application of dietary, lifestyle and nutritional therapy (supplementation) to:
- reduce signs or symptoms of dis-ease
- support the body’s natural healing processes
- restore homeostasis, balancing the various systems of the body for optimal function
- promote a strong sense of health and wellbeing, and
- prevent and/or manage disease

Consultations
Initial
$200 / 75 minutes
During the Initial Consultation, we explore a complete picture of your health together and establish your goals, short and long. A thorough health assessment is performed, necessary for establishing your foundation. This involves detailed case-taking whereby you will be asked a formulated series of questions, spanning each of your individual body systems, dietary and lifestyle practices to encompass the holistic nature in which you are operating, and understand all potential triggers or drivers of your presenting case.
You will leave this session with:
- Education about your presenting symptoms, how your diet or lifestyle may be contributing to those, and ways to enhance your wellbeing
- An individual treatment plan that encompasses diet and lifestyle recommendations, and potentially nutritional supplementation if deemed necessary
- Referral for further investigation if deemed necessary i.e., seeing a GP for blood analysis
- Recommendations for functional testing if deemed necessary to better understand and manage your case
Initial consultations must take place at our clinic rooms in Caringbah.
Existing
$132 / 45 minutes
These appointments are for existing clients only and offer a time for feedback on treatment plan management so that we can continue to finesse and adapt your prescription to continue supporting your individual needs, the goals established, and build on the foundations we set during our initial consultation.
During this time, we may also review any results together if you were previously referred for further investigations. We will discuss those together so that you have a deep understanding of what the results tell us, and how and why they are relevant to your presenting case.
You will leave this session with:
- Further education to continue the formation of healthy habits, potential for change, and/or to support your understanding of your health status
- Revisions and discussion surrounding original treatment plan and prescription
- Recommendations for functional testing/medical investigations if deemed necessary and not gained during the initial phase
Follow-up consultations can take place via Telehealth or in our clinic rooms in Caringbah.
You can expect some or all of the following to take place during or after a consultation when working with Eleanor:
- Thorough case taking and holistic health assessment, including performing physical and holistic examinations with informed consent
- Comprehensive analysis on dietary and food behaviours for further evaluation
- Education on dietary and lifestyle practices for disease prevention and/or management
